Reserve a boat tour with Premier Boat Tours and enjoy the convenience of having a Captain, fuel, and a boxed lunch meal included in your package. We also provide refreshing ice bottled water for your comfort. Our tours typically last for 3 hours, but if you wish to prolong your experience, you can easily do so for an extra fee. Reservation Details and Fees

1. Prices and Event packages are non-negotiable. Rates apply to all reservations based on party size. If special offers and discounts are offered, notice will be provided on the reservation page.
2. Payment is due at the time of booking. Additional reservation options include:
   Buy Now and Pay Later through AfterPay or Klarna.
3. In the event of a cancellation or inclement weather, please work with the Premier Boat Tours team to reschedule your tour, as a refund will not be issued. All sales are final.
4. Cancellations for boating tours are permitted 30 days prior to the boating date for a partial refund (50 percent)
5. Refunds are not permitted for any additional event services provided by the Premier Boat Tours event planning team. All sales are final.

Boating Rules & Guidelines

1. Kindly be advised that Premier Boat Tours is not accountable for any misplaced belongings following your boating experience.
2. Any form of unruly behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The booking host bears the responsibility of ensuring that all guests adhere to the established regulations. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of the tour without any refund.
3. Premier Boat Tours assumes no liability for injuries or accidents related to boating activities. We strongly advise all guests to carefully review the service agreement and waiver at the time of booking.
4. In the event that you are instructed to refrain from engaging in any activities deemed harmful by the Coastguard or local authorities, please be aware that non-compliance may lead to fines imposed by the water authorities. Premier Boat Tours strictly adheres to these regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the booking host.
5. Should you arrive after your designated boarding time, please note that your tour will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. If additional time is required, arrangements can be made for an extra fee.
6. The booking host will be held liable for any damage caused to items or equipment during the boating tour by their guests. Fees for damages will be assessed at the conclusion of the tour.
7. Please be aware that our boating tours are not wheelchair accessible.
8. The use of illicit substances on our vessel is strictly prohibited by Premier Boat Tours. We prioritize safety and adhere to the rules and regulations established by the Coast Guard.
9. Smoking is not permitted on our vessel.
10. Only boxed lunch meals included in the package, as well as light snacks provided by Premier Boat Tours, are permitted onboard.
11. We kindly request that you limit the number of items, such as large bags, that you bring on your excursion.
